This Pocket Guide contains the text of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
and the seven basic international human rights instruments which require monitoring
by international supervisory bodies of measures of implementation through a system
of periodic reporting, as well as the text of the two Optional Protocols of the
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
